Job Description 

  • Devise project work plans, make revisions, and communicate effectively with the subcontractors responsible for completing various phases of projects.  Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in projects.  Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with the Owner and subcontractors.  Conduct bi-weekly project site visits within Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach MSA to monitor and/or discuss progress and upcoming construction activities.  Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards. Ensure project documents are complete.  Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

  • REQUIRES:  Master’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.  6 months experience as Project Manager, Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or related.
